I do not like the burners on top. They are safety burners but while you cook, as you move your pans across them, they ring like a bell. Its terrible. My husband has tried to replace them, but there isn't a suitable replacement so now everything leans. Its not good. I wouldn't have bought this range had I known all this. Yes it works. Yes the oven works. But this alone would have dissuaded me from purchasing this product.

New range does not preheat to desired temperature when buzzer sounds. I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for it to reach the temperature of 350 degrees. Service tech came to check and he and the GE tech on the phone said that's just the way it is and suggested I use a thermometer in the oven to monitor temperature. I think this is ridiculous on a brand new range. I am not impressed at all.

Overall the stove is very good and I am pleased with the purchase. There are a couple of things that annoy me, hence the 4 stars. The bottom drawer has a large capacity, however the metal used on the front of the drawer is flimsy. It will dent very easily. One of the small coils doesn't sit all the way down easily. It's catching on something and I have to really fiddle with it to get it down flush. This makes me dread taking the coil out to clean the drip pan. The knobs are a little tight, but I don't mind that. The protector covering the clock display is also very delicate. I'm really hoping I don't accidentally push through one day. You can see the waves in the protector for the display...it's not smooth.

I WANTED THE SAME TYPE STOVE I HAD FOR 10 YEARS. BUT THIS ONE IS VERY HEAPLY MADE AND THE OVEN DOESNT HEAT WELL AND THE BURNERS TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET HOT. ALL IN ALL I'M NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

The cook top rattles. It's very loud. Like the burners don't lock in so it's just constantly rattling. I'm noise sensitive. Like I would of rather bought a flat top, and I don't like those either.

I purchased this range because it was reasonably priced and seemed like a reliable, straightforward option. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
The biggest issue is the oven temperature. It does not appear to heat accurately, and as a result, most dishes take two to three times longer to cook than expected. This makes it difficult to rely on recipes or cook efficiently, which has been frustrating.
In addition, the unit does not sit level. I have adjusted the legs multiple times, but there is still a noticeable tilt. This raises some concerns about the overall build quality.
While the price point may be appealing, the performance issues outweigh the value. I would not recommend this range to others looking for consistent and dependable cooking results.

The burners heat up fast and only need half the temperature of my old stove. Like the option of lifting the top of stove to clean the top. Also like having storage drawer under the oven to store baking sheets, etc. The oven is huge! Would have preferred to have all stainless steel but love what I have.

Why is everything made so cheaply these days. This stove is the same model as my old one that finally died. In comparison there are several things this new stove lacks. I got used to cleaning my oven and racks plus the pans under the burners by throwing them all in the oven to clean as this was a feature. This oven does not allow that. I cook with a round bottom wok quite a bit. These burners do not allow that (I can buy a flat bottom wok though). l lay wooden spoons on the top of the stove while cooking, but wouldn't recommend it on this stove if the oven is also on. The top of the stove gets hot enough to burn you, The metal parts are much thinner than on the old GE and fingerprints abound. It cooks and bakes nicely so I suppose I will get used to it.

I have only had this oven one month, but so far it's a very good appliance. The bottom drawer, which I use for pans, is smaller than my prior GE. The finish is black and beautiful, although it shows everything. However, I would highly recommend this GE Oven to anyone shopping for a new one.

Do not buy this stove with sensi temp. It's so rediculous and takes so much longer to cook anything because the coils keep turning off. I regret ever buying this stove. I bought all new pans and the stove still keeps shutting off. This is supposed to be some sort of safety feature that is absolutely stressful and frustrating to use. I want my old stove back!!

Has all features that I need. Controls are intuitive, well configured. Nice looking. I chose the coil burners, rather than the glass top, because I use cast iron. The only negative is that the black shows the smudges and streaks more than a white stove. Oh well.
